Herbal Superfood for Your Menopause

Dong Quai is my favorite herbal superfood!

Of all the female herbs that I used on myself and on the
women in my clinic, dong quai worked the best. Whether
its for peri-menopause, menopause, post-menopause this
herb works for almost every female gynecological ailment.

It’s particularly useful for irregular bleeding, insomnia, and
is known as a valuable blood purifier.

Suggested use is 2 capsules, 3 times daily with meals.

Tip – use this herb for 4 weeks, take a break for 1 week,
and then resume. By taking a break, this allows your body
to balance hormones naturally.

I have found health food store herbs of lower quality and
not give the results I wanted to see for my patients in my
clinic. My suggestion is to buy from a reputable source
