Reduce that Hot Flash NOW!

When your stress level has reached the MAX, is
usually the time a major hot flash kicks in. Here's
a handy tip I would tell my patients that you can
use no matter where you are. I call it my...

Stop...blink... and breathe method.

Stop whatever you're doing.

Blink your eyes rapidly a few times.

Take a slow breath in through your nostrils,
and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat three times.

Then call your travel agent to book your
flight for some serious relaxation!
